I understand that Enrichment Federal Credit Union (EFCU) will review my credit history. By submitting your application, you attest that everything stated in the application is correct to the best of your knowledge and that you either are a member or are eligible for membership at EFCU. You authorize EFCU to obtain credit reports in connection with this application for credit and for any update, increase, renewal, extension or collection of the credit received. You understand that EFCU will rely on the information in this application and your credit report to make its decision. If you request, EFCU will tell you the name and address of any credit bureau from which it received a credit report on you. It is a federal crime to willfully and deliberately provide incomplete or incorrect information on loan applications made to federal credit unions or state-chartered credit unions insured by NCUA. 

By submitting this application electronically, I agree to the same terms that apply to a signed application. If there is a co-applicant on this loan, that co-applicant has authorized the submission of this application. This electronic submission qualifies as my signature. I understand that I/we will have to sign loan documents before funds can be disbursed. Alimony, child support or separate maintenance income need not be included if you do not wish to have it considered as a basis for repaying this obligation.
